her feet shuffle across the oceans,
and she sings through the air;
the sky is filled with diamonds.
and you’re off to lands unhindered;
an oyster the size of the world, yours
to clam shut or open, with fingers
sublime and skinny.

  1. The thing about poems this small is that each sentence should carry a meaning that is individually significant…and your work to a great extent achieves it, so yeah I’d credit you for that… and it’s an overall sensitively written poem…I liked it.
